Warranty and Returns
Warranty
We offer a 2-year warranty policy on all lamps, covering damages ONLY to the lamp shade and lamp base.
Replacements will be issued to everything from accidents to mishaps.
Replacements will NOT be issued for misuse of lamps such as using the incorrect bulb or keeping lamps outside.
Customers will be required to pay a small shipping fee.
We are lenient towards our policy, so if you're unsure whether you qualify for a replacement, reach out to us!
To process a warranty claim, email images of the damaged lamp to support@kero.design with your order number and any additional details.
Returns
- We will accept any returns within 14 days after the delivery date.
- All lamps MUST be returned in their original packaging with all parts included.
- A return shipping label will be provided at no additional cost.
- To begin a return, email support@kero.design with your order number and reason of return.
